Costs
There is no rate card at Harbour View. This is because we believe a realistic, cost saving budget will come from understanding your project. The benefit of working with Harbour View is we would rather save you money now and work with you again in the future.

Initial Meeting
Louise will attend totally free of charge.* From the information given and questions raised in this meeting a working budget will be written.

Working Budget
This part of the process will give you an idea of the figures involved. If the budget is acceptable we can go forward to sign off, however if there are changes to be made, this initial budget will be a good place to start.

Revisions and Additions
Revisions are part and parcel of getting the working budget to completion. This is not rocket science, but good housekeeping. We wish to avoid re-quoting unless there is a definite addition to the budget such as a clients change in requirement. Additions will be quoted separately following discussion and sign off from the client via letter or email.

Sign Off and Confirmation
You can be certain that this final budget will show a total amount we have discussed and agreed. Confirmation of a final budget will be required by Harbour View Productions from the client, either by the signature of, or via email from, a staff member or director with authority to sign.

Creative Stuff
The Harbour View team can then go forward, knowing you are entirely happy with your agreed budget.
